The penultimate weekend starts Sept. 24-26 with the Andy Scriven Memorial at Virginia International Raceway that honors the late Andrew “Andy” Scriven, Ligier Autotmotive North America’s chief designer of the JS F4-16 and Ligier JS F3 chassis. The weekend features FR Americas, F4 U.S., Trans Am and SVR SpeedTour.
