Logan Cusson to Join Team Canada at the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Portugal
TORONTO, ONTARIO (August 31, 2017) – By becoming Vice Champion for the Rotax Florida Winter Tour, Logan became eligible for the Grand Finals in Portugal after the champion declined his invitation. Logan has accepted the invitation and plans to test his ability against a truly remarkable field of global competitors.
The RMCGF is one of the most respected kart racing events in the world. The week-long event welcomes 360 highly motivated drivers from more than 50 nations competing for the top of the podium from November 04 to 11, 2017 in Portimāo, Portugal.
I am truly humbled and proud to represent Canada at the Grand Finals in Portugal. With such a field of world-class drivers, no matter how I do, it’ll be an experience to be amongst the best in the world. Of course a podium visit would be amazing. – Logan Cusson
The event is unique in that race equipment like chassis, engines, tires, fuel, tools, kart trolleys will be provided to all participating drivers in order to guarantee equal opportunities and fair races! With the addition of Logan there is significant representation at the event from Canada including four racers in the Rotax Senior Max class and 13 drivers in total.
